Projects/Activities: Post Implementation Review (DME Projects Only)

Upon the completion of a DME Project/Activity, additional Post Implementation Review related fields will be displayed.

Note that this functionality will only display if the Project/Activity meets the two conditions:

1. Has an 'Activity Type' = Project
2. Is DME

When an Actual Completion Date is added to the DME Project, additional fields will display to determine if a full PIR will be needed for the Project/Activity.

If the Project/Activity was completed on time, on budget, and met its goals, leave toggles in the 'No' position before saving updated Actual Completion Date.

If, however, the Project/Activity ran into any issues regarding schedule, budget, or scope, slide the appropriate toggle(s) to 'Yes' and provide an explanation in the text box provided.

Upon Saving updates, the Completed DME Project will display a yellow badge - on both the Project/Activity list page, as well as the Project/Activity detail page - indicating that a PIR follow-up is needed.
