This process encompasses managing Risks and Issues for Projects/Activities.
1. Navigate to the Projects/Activities List screen
- Select the Projects/Activities option from the Workload Management (formerly Project Management) menu on the left.
2. To access the Risk/Issues log for a project/activity, select the desired Project/Activity from the list screen provided.
- Select the 'Risks/Issue Log' tab on the project/activity detail page.
3. To create a new Risk, select the 'Add Risk' button option at the top of the page.
Creating a Standard Project Risk:
- To create a standard project Risk, leave the 'QPR Risk' toggle set to 'No'. Fill out all required fields and select 'Save' button at the bottom of screen when done.
- The Type, Criticality, Probability, and Risk Score fields have been updated to be in alignment with CPIC risks.

- The Risk Score field is not editable and is calculated based on selected Criticality and Probability values.

Creating a QPR Project Risk:
- To create a QPR project Risk, slide the 'QPR Risk' toggle to 'Yes'. This action will open additional fields that will be required in addition to the existing Risk fields.
- Fill out all required fields and select 'Save' button at the bottom of screen when done.
3. To edit an existing risk, select the 'Edit' option from the Actions column of the Risk to be edited.
4. To delete an existing risk, select the 'Delete' option from the Actions column.
- Confirm that the risk should be deleted by selecting 'Yes' in the pop-up confirmation modal.
5. To promote an existing Risk to an Issue, select the 'Promote to Issue' option from the Actions column.
- Confirm that the risk should be promoted to issue by selecting 'Yes' in the pop-up confirmation modal.
- The Risk will now move from the Risks tab and become an Issue in the Issues tab.
6. To revert an Issue back to a Risk, select the 'Revert to risk' option from the Actions column in the Issues table.
- Confirm that the issue should be reverted to risk by selecting 'Yes' in the pop-up confirmation modal.
7. To include a Risk or Issue in the Quad Chart, select the 'Include in Quad Chart' option from the Actions column in the risk or issue table.
- The indicator confirms that the selected risk/issue is displaying in the Quad Chart.
8. WEEKLY REPORTING/STATUS FEED for Risks/Issues:
Please note that while there is an option to 'Add to Status Feed' for Risks/Issues, this is currently just a placeholder for future functionality. There will be no material impact in the application if this option is selected.
9. To remove a Risk the Quad Chart, select 'Remove from Quad Chart' option from the Actions column.
10. To remove all Risks and Issues from the Quad Chart or Weekly Report, select the 'Clear Items from Quad Chart' button option at the top of the page.
