Workload Management: Navigating the Project/Activity Milestone Schedule Screen

This process encompasses navigating the Project/Activity Milestone Schedule screen.

1. To access the Project/Activity Milestone Schedule screen, select the Project/Activity Milestone Schedule option from the Workload Management menu on the left.

2. The Project/Activity Milestone Schedule screen will open to a series of filters which must first be applied to view underlying data.

• By default, the Projected Completion Date range for milestones has a start date of the current date and an end date 2 months out. This can be updated as needed.
• The Organization filter will open and only display Organizations that have milestones with Projected Completion Dates falling between the selected dates.

• When one or more Organizations have been added to the filter, the Primary Resource filter will open. Select one or more options from the filtered list provided.

• Select desired Project/Activity and Milestone statuses and select 'Apply'.

3. A schedule Gantt Chart and table of Milestones will be returned based on the applied filters.

• The Schedule and Milestones sections can be expanded or collapsed as needed by selecting the adjacent arrow/carrot by section header.
• Milestones can be displayed or hidden by Resource on the Gantt chart by selecting the adjacent arrow/carrot by Resource name.
