Projects/Activities: Managing the Quad Chart Screen

1. To access the Quad Chart screen for a project/activity, select the desired project/activity from the list screen provided.

• Select the 'Quad Chart' tab on the project/activity detail page.

• The screen will open to the most recent, unpublished data as of the current date.  To view previously published data, select desired date from the drop-down list.

2. To edit current Quad Chart data, select the 'Edit' button on the top of screen.

Note that any Accomplishments identified for the Quad Chart populate in the Accomplishments section at the top right of the screen. The text for Accomplishments can be edited or updated on the Edit screen. Users can manually delete the value populated in the Accomplishments section on the Quad Chart edit screen, however, unless another value is entered to replace it (such as 'NA' or 'TBD'), any Accomplishment marked for the Quad Chart will re-populate the field upon save. 

• If the Accomplishments field value should be entirely empty, it is recommended that all Accomplishments should be removed from the Quad Chart via the Actions column on the Accomplishments tab.

• Add/Modify data as needed and select the 'Save' button on the top of screen when done.

3. To publish current Quad Chart data, select the 'Publish' button at the top of screen.

• Note that the 'Publish' button will be only available for 'Current' date entry.

• Confirm publication by selecting 'Yes' in the pop-up confirmation modal.

• The date value indicates the date of publication for the Quad Chart.
• If multiple entries are published within the same day, a numeric number will be added next to the date to differentiate entries.

4. To delete an existing publication entry, select the desired date from the drop-down provided, then select the 'Delete' button at the top of screen.

• Confirm that the Quad Chart should be deleted by selecting 'Yes' in the pop-up confirmation modal.

5. To export any previously published Quad Chart entries, select the desired date entry from drop-down provided, then select the 'Download' button at the top right of the screen.

• Note that the 'Export' button will NOT be available for the 'Current'/unpublished screen.

• 'Published Quad Chart with Resources' report will be created in PDF.
