Systems/Tools: Creating and Editing

This process encompasses creating new Systems/Tools and editing existing Systems/Tools.

1. Creating a new System/Tool

• To create a new System/Tool, access the Systems/Tools Inventory option from the Technologies menu on the left.

• Select the 'Create System/Tool' button option at the top of the screen.

• Fill out all required fields and select the 'Save' button option at the top of the screen when done.

2. Edit an existing System/Tool

• To edit an existing System/Tool, select the desired System/Tool from the list page.

• Select the 'Edit' button option from the menu at the top of the screen.

• Once all desired edits have been made, select the 'Save' button option at the top of the screen.

3. Add System Functions

• To add System Functions to a System/Tool, select the 'System Functions' tab.

• Select the 'Add System Function(s)' button option at the top of the screen.

• Fill out required fields and select the 'Save' button option at the top of the screen (or select the 'Save and Create' option to add additional systems).
