Contracts Reporting – Northramp

This process encompasses navigating to the CPIC Contracts screen to review and submit data to OMB.

Note that this data is no longer tied to the Contracts data from the Resources module in FEDPASS, rather this data is automatically pulled from the FAIMIS Actuals imports and is mapped to the appropriate Cost Center and Investment. Only Contracts available in these imports will display on this screen for submissions.

1. To access the CPIC Contracts screen, select the 'Contracts' option from the CPIC menu on the left.

2. User can filter by investment, or collapse information for an investment by selecting the investment headers.

3. To submit data for investment Contracts, select the 'Submission History' button at the top of the screen.

4. When the Submission History screen loads, select the 'Submit to ITDB' button at the top of the screen.

5. When the Submission Confirmation modal opens, select one or more investments for which to submit contract data, then select 'Submit'.
