Operational Analysis Screen Management for CPIC Admins

This process details how CPIC Admin users should access the Manage Operational Analysis screen to update Operational Analysis Questions and Categories in FEDPASS.

Access the Manage Operational Analysis screen

• While logged in as a CPIC Admin, select the CPIC Settings option from the CPIC Menu on the left.

• Select the Manage Operational Analysis Button at the top of the screen.

Manage Categories & Questions for Investment Operational Analysis

• To create new Question Category, select ‘Add Category’ at the top of the screen.
• To Edit or Delete an existing Category, select the desired function from the drop-down on the right.

• To rearrange Categories, select the ‘Arrange Categories’ option at the top of the screen.
• When the Arrange Categories modal opens, drag and drop Categories in the desired order.

Manage Operational Analysis Questions for a Category

• To create or update questions within a Category, select the desired Category for update

• To add a new question for the selected Category, select the ‘Add Question’ option at the top of the screen.

• Select the type of response for the Question.  Then enter the text for the question and select ‘Save’ at the bottom of the Add Question modal.

• To edit or delete an existing question, select the desired functionality from the drop-down on the right of the question.

• To rearrange questions, select the ‘Arrange Questions’ option from the top menu.

• When the Arrange Questions modal opens, drag and drop questions in the desired order.

• To add a Sub-Question, select the ‘Add Sub-Question’ option from the drop-down on the right of the desired question.

• Sub-questions can then be Edited or Deleted via the drop-down option on the Sub-question.

• Sub-questions can be re-arranged via the drop-down on the Parent Question (see image above).
